Manage Your Brew Club Order
There are three ways to manage your brew club account.
Online -- See "Manage your brew club order online" below.
Phone -- Call Customer Service toll free at (800) 852-4263 (during regular business hours).
E-mail -- Send an e-mail to customerservice@mrbeer.com. Email changes are not valid unless you receive a confirmation email* from a customer service representative.

Manage Your Brew Club Order Online
Once you have logged into your account ( I forgot how to Log In), go to the "Quick Links" section on the right hand side and choose "Manage Brew Club".
This management page allows you to edit the items in your order, change the frequency and delivery date of that order, as well as pause or cancel your next order.
Pause Button -- This button will freeze all further activity until you choose to resume your orders.
Cancel Button -- This button will remove you as a Brew Club member.
Edit -- Allows you to change the items in your standing Brew Club order (future orders will reflect these changes until edited again).
Frequency / Next Ship Date -- This section allows you to make two separate changes to your account. "Frequency" allows you to change the interval between your automatic shipments. These changes will take effect after your next shipment is processed. "Next Ship Date" allows you to change the date of your next shipment. Click the "Save" button to finalize any changes.
NOTE: FOR SECURITY REASONS, TO CHANGE ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION YOU MUST CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Orders Placed Outside The Brew Club
Non-brew club orders are orders placed through the website, over the phone, or by mail-order. They are independent of your brew club account and will incur normal shipping charges. REMEMBER THAT IF YOU ARE ASKED TO ENTER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, YOU ARE ABOUT TO PLACE A NON-BREW CLUB ORDER.
Logging Into Your Account
Choose the "Log In" link in the upper right corner of our website. Then choose "I am a returning customer" and enter your email address and your password.
I forgot my password
Standard Online Order
MR.BEER® accepts credit cards, debit cards and check cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all information.
When you place an order with us, we securely contact your credit card's issuing bank to authorize your purchase and to confirm that your credit card is valid and has not been reported lost or stolen.
If your credit card is declined it could be for simple reasons including the wrong expiration date, billing address or card user name. Double-check that the information you entered is accurate and re-submit your order.
Sales taxMR.BEER® is required to charge sales tax on all orders originating in either Arizona or Wisconsin. Orders placed from any other location will not be charged sales tax.
Tracking your order
To find out the status of an order you've already placed, simply Log In and view your current order (See "Logging Into Your Account" above).
Changing or canceling your order
You may change or cancel your order anytime before your order has been processed. In order to do so, you will need to contact one of our friendly customer service agents.
Applying a discount code
In order to redeem a coupon code first browse our site to find the items you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Cart. On the Shopping Cart page, click Checkout. Enter the Coupon Code in the optional "Coupon or Gift Certificate Code" field on the Shipping Page during Checkout. If your order does not meet the requirements of the coupon, it will not be applied to your order.
Can I purchase kits and mixes locally?
MR.BEER® products are carried by many fine large and small retailers across the country. To locate the retailer nearest you, please visit the Store Locator. Please note that MR.BEER® cannot guarantee the availability of any of our products at a particular store, so it is a good idea to call before you visit to verify product availability.
Backorders
Certain items may become unavailable from time to time. Item availability is displayed prominently on the website. Back ordered items are generally only out of stock for less than 2 weeks. If an item you ordered is on back order, we will wait until the item is back in stock and then ship your entire order.
Returns & Warranties
Returning an item
Before deciding to return an item, please contact a customer service representative to discuss other possible resolutions to your situation. You'll find that often times returning an item will not be the best possible course of action. If you do decide to return an item, MR.BEER® will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item if returned in saleable condition. However, MR.BEER® will not refund any shipping charges associated with the initial order or the return costs.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please retain the box and packaging material your order came in and notify MR.BEER® within five (5) days of receiving your order. We will make every effort to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. In most cases, a replacement item will be sent out immediately.
Return exceptions
MR.BEER® will not accept the return of any items after thirty (30) days and does not refund any shipping charges incurred on the initial order or for the return of an item.
Product warranties
MR.BEER® guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. If you find any product to be defective please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. |
