Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated when you choose your shipping method during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated using published UPS and USPS rates based upon weight, size, destination, and current fuel surcharges. The day an order ships is not a day in transit.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All products ship from Racine Wisconsin. We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery.

48 Contiguous United States
- UPS Ground (normally 3-8 business days)
Our standard method of shipping. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. ALL UPS GROUND ORDERS OVER $100 SHIP FREE!
- UPS Ground Third Day (normally 3 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days.
- UPS Second Day (normally 2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days.
- UPS Overnight (normally 1 business day)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days.
- USPS Priority Mail (normally 7-14 business days)
Use USPS Priority when shipping to a PO BOX. If you are not shipping to a PO BOX, please avoid this method - It's more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
P.O. Boxes

Alaska or Hawaii

Use USPS Priority when shipping to a APO/FPO. If you are not shipping to a APO/FPO, please avoid this method - it is more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
U.S. Territories, Including Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
- USPS Priority Mail (normally 7-14 business days)
Use USPS Priority when shipping to a PO BOX. If you are not shipping to a PO BOX, please avoid this method - it is more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver. USPS Priority to U.S. Territories may carry additional fees.
- UPS Ground Third Day (normally 3 business days)

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders must be received by 6am PST to be processed the next business day. Your completed order will be shipped upon approval of payment, verification of your shipping address, and the items are picked and packed for shipment.
UPS Saturday Delivery
We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery.
Partial Orders
Please note that we do not send out partial orders. If an item you ordered is on back order, we will wait until the item is back in stock and then ship your entire order. If you receive a package and it does not contain all products ordered, you must contact us within 7 business days or your claim may not be processed.
Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
Received Shipments
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple locations, please contact (contact page link) one of our friendly customer service agents via phone. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges. |
