Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated when you choose your shipping method at checkout. Charges are calculated use the published United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) rates based upon weight, size, destination, and current fuel surcharges.
Free Shipping On Orders Over $99!
All orders $99 or more will ship free via UPS Ground Delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. (Changing shipping method will result in the loss of your free shipping.)
48 Contiguous United States
UPS Ground (normally 3-5 business days)
Our standard method of shipping. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days after your order has shipped. ALL UPS GROUND ORDERS OVER $99 SHIP FREE!
UPS Third Day (normally 3 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days after your order has shipped.
UPS Second Day (normally 2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after your order has shipped.
UPS Overnight (normally 1 business day)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days after your order has shipped.
USPS Priority Mail (normally 7-14 business days)
Use USPS Priority when shipping to a PO BOX. If you are not shipping to a PO BOX, please avoid this method - It's more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
P.O. Boxes

UPS Second Day (normally 2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after your order has shipped.
UPS Overnight (normally 1 business day)
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days after your order has shipped.

Military APO / FPO Addresses

Use USPS Priority when shipping to a APO/FPO. If you are not shipping to a APO/FPO, please avoid this method - it is more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
U.S. Territories, Including Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
USPS Priority Mail (normally 7-14 business days)
Use USPS Priority when shipping to a PO BOX. If you are not shipping to a PO BOX, please avoid this method - it is more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver. USPS Priority to U.S. Territories may carry additional fees.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders must be received by 6am PST to be processed the same business day. All express orders received after 6am PST will process the following business day. Ship date does not count as a day in transit. Orders over $200 require additional verification and may delay shipment.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All products ship from Racine Wisconsin 53177. UPS Saturday delivery is not available.
UPS Saturday Delivery
We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery.
Partial Orders
Please note that we do not send out partial orders. If an item you ordered is on back order, we will wait until the item is back in stock and then ship your entire order. If you receive a package and it does not contain all products ordered, you must contact us within 7 business days or your claim may not be processed.
Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
Received Shipments
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple locations, please contact (contact page link) one of our friendly customer service agents via phone. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
MR.BEER® is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to provide up-to-date e-mail, billing, and shipping information. Orders which are re-routed to a different address (for any reason) may incur additional shipping charges. |
