Dry Cider Yeast
Brew and pitch yeast according to the directions that came with your keg. Sprinkle yeast into keg and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then screw on lid. Allow beer to FERMENT A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS at a constant temperature between 73°-81° F.
