NET WEIGHT 1.75 FL OZ (50 ML or 51.5 GRAMS)

KEEP REFRIGERATED: 34-40° F (1-4° C). DO NOT FREEZE.
Package designed to inoculate 3 gallons of wort (up to 1.065 SG).

Do not begin the brewing process until your yeast has been activated, providing proof of healthy yeast ready for brewing. It is not necessary for package to fully swell before use. Older or improperly stored yeast may require extra time for activation.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. To activate, trap the inner packet in upper corner of the yeast pouch and hold securely in place against a counter or table top. Strike pouch firmly with the heel of other hand to break inner nutrient package.

2. Shake well to release nutrients.

3. Allow package to incubate at 70-75° F (21-24° C) for a minimum of 3 hours (incubation may require up to 3-4 days). Incubation is complete when package swells to at least 1" thick.

4. Sanitize the outside of package before opening.

5. Open package and pour into well aerated wort at 70-75° F (21-24° C). Maintain temperature until fermentation is evident (small bubble formation or foaming on top of wort), then ferment at 60-72° F (16-22° C) for 10-14 days (minimum).
