Saflager S-23 Dry Lager Yeast
Brew and pitch yeast according to the directions that came with your keg. Sprinkle yeast into keg and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then screw on lid. Allow beer to FERMENT A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS at a constant temperature between 51°-59°F (up to 75°F).

For best results, use the whole packet when brewing lagers with more than 5% ABV. For beers with less than 5% ABV, use 1/2 packet.
