Iodophor sanitizer is an EPA approved sanitizer used widely in the brewing industry. It requires a short contact time and very little concentrate to make an effective sanitizing solution. At the recommended dose rate, it does not need to be rinsed, and won't stain hands or equipment. Undiluted concentrate or strong solutions may stain hands, counter-tops, or plastic tubing. So be careful with it!

Use 1.5 tsp per 2.5 gallons of cool or lukewarm (never hot) water. Requires 2 minute contact time.
