This German Ale strain produces clean ales and functions well over a broad temperature range. As fermentation temperature increases, fruitiness will increase as well. This yeast will remain in suspension longer but will help beer mature very quickly. Especially good for German Alt, Kolsch, American Style Wheat and Biere de Garde, but will produce excellent examples of a wide range of styles.
