This ale yeast is a great Belgian-style workhorse. It produces classic clove, spice, pepper, and fruity flavors, and has a high alcohol tolerance. These factors make it the perfect choice for Trappist-style ales like Dubbel & Trippel, but it can also produce lower abv styles like Belgian Pale as well.
