RECIPE:
3 Cans Octoberfest Vienna Lager HME
1 Can Mellow Amber UME
3 Packets Dry Brewing Yeast (under lid of HME)
2 Packets Sterling Pellet Hops
2 Packets Spalt Pellet Hops
1 Pouch Pilsen Liquid Yeast
2 Muslin Hop Sacks
1 Packet No-Rinse Cleanser
REFRIGERATE YEAST UNTIL USE: 34-40° F (1-4° C). DO NOT FREEZE.
