What Under Your LME Lid? Replace it with This...

This yeast is designed to make your Wort work longer in the fermentation stage. Throw out that yeast under the lid of your main can of LME and use this instead... Every Time!

S-23 is the dry yeast I use most often for my lagers and Mr. Beer had the least expensive price

    Warm Fermentation

Worked great even with a 68 to 70 degree fermentation.

    Worth the cost

Excellent with the right recipe. I recommend to NEVER use the yeast under the lid for any brewing but the yeast under the lid is good for bread and pizza crust.

    Dependable consistent

A solid lager yeast for sure. Good temperature tolerance if you're off by a few degrees
