Rated 5 out of 5 by 2ndGenTeggy from Convenient!!!! I bought this after receiving the little brown keg as a Christmas gift. Worked great for bottling my first batch of American Light beer and Pale Ale as I was learning more about home brewing. Now I use glass bottles with a hand capper, but still keep a few of these bottles around. Great for starting out and also gives you an idea of how your beer is carbonating due to the bottles getting harder to squeeze as a result of the carbonation. Here's one of my Pale Ale's that recently finished conditioning in the PET bottle... cheers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SpiderDan from A decent choice except for the caps tamper ring I bought these bottle as they were a good, reusable choice for my lastest batch of Grasscutter Ale. However, the anti-tamper ring on the included caps wouldn't allow the caps to seat properly, thus allowing liquid to leak out. I performed a leak test, prior to my actual bottling day, so a quick & easy fix was to simply break off these rings by hand. Not really a big deal, but I would recommend you check yours before putting any of your hard work into the bottles. :) I'd definitely buy them agin, but will always check the caps for fit prior to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jmoore3882 from Great bottles I have bought 20 cases of these to bottle my beer. It is great because of the ease of cleaning for reuse and caps are not just a 1 time either you can get up to 5 reuses before having to replace them another savings. And last you get 2 regular bottles of beer for each bottle. fills my 24 oz mugs perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Blastbeets from Exactly what I needed I ordered these bottles after I had started a batch and was worried that they wouldn't be delivered in time before the fermentation was complete. Luckily MrBeer was pretty prompt about shipping them out and they came just in time. The bottles served their purpose and I think it's a lot better than spending a bunch on glass bottles and a bottle capper, in my opinion. Should be drinking it from a glass anyways. My only gripe is that there wasn't enough beer from my batch to fill all the bottles!

Rated 3 out of 5 by hbm0043 from Caps didn't fit right These bottles are different than bottles I bought just a year ago. These seem to be just fine, except the black plastic bottle caps that came with them would not seal due to tamper evident band bottoming out before the caps would seal on the top of the bottle. This wasn't an issue with the bottles I got last year. Easy enough to fix, just remove the tamper evident band before putting the caps on the first time, but it took a few leaky bottles and some investigating to figure it out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JohnK from These are all I use. Easy to use and clean. Great size, you don't have to use a many bottles when bottling your brew. They can be reused as often as you like. Might need to replace caps after a lot of uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Danny from Bottling system I purchased 2 cases of these bottles from Sears and I am so glad I did. My husband has 1 to 2 batches going at a time. Since I purchased the kits we always have a batch or 2 going

Rated 1 out of 5 by Moose from Wouldn’t recommend them These came with my kit and I had them laying around my place and figured why not give them a shot. I usually use glass bottles, but everyone gave them such a good review. Since I had them I tried them out and the beer turned out really flat I did 3 weeks fermenting in the lbk and 3 weeks bottling and then stored them in the fridge for a few weeks and they just ended up very flat. Just do yourself a favor and buy bottles and a capper, I have had better experience with doing that.
