Sometimes we have some great deals on things that we want in your hands. Sometimes these are items nearing their best buy date.  Keep in mind that the best buy day is simply that, what happens with extract is the malt darkens over time. If you go past that best buy date, it means that the color no longer meets our guidelines for that beer. It will stilll work out great for you.
