A proprietary blend from Hopunion comprised of many of the Northwest's most unique hop varieties specifically tailored for IPA's, but works well for many other styles as well. Chosen specifically for it's superior aromatic qualities and tropical, bright citrus, lemon, and floral nuances, this hop blend was developed in 2010 to honor and support the legacy of the Northwest brewing legend, Glen Hay Falconer, who passed in 2002. A portion of Hopunion's proceeds goes to support the Falconer Foundation, which supports brewers and brewing.

These hops are added at the end of the boil, or after 1 week of fermentation for “dry-hopping”. These hops contribute the flavor and aromas to beer. When dry-hopping, be sure to sanitize the hop sack (if using one) by boiling in hot water or submerging in One-Step No-Rinse solution for a few minutes before adding the hops
