This German hop strain boasts intense pineapple and citrus notes with a resinous herbal finish. It’s a great aroma hop for American IPA and variants, saisons, Brett fermentations, and other beers where a definite fruity and strongly hoppy character is beneficial.
A common commercial example of this hop in use is by Firestone Walker in their Easy Jack IPA.
