A form of dried seaweed commonly used to clarify beer and prevent chill haze. It will aid in the coagulation and precipitation of proteins and dead yeast during fermentation. 1/2 tsp is needed per 2 gallon Mr. Beer batch (1 tsp for 5 or 6 gallon batches). Add to your brewing water and boil for 5 minutes then continue brewing the recipe as normal. This product works best with Partial Mash recipes.
