Works great!
I use T-58 with Bewitched Amber Ale HME, a smooth LME soft pack, and Fuggle hops to make a very drinkable brew. Been doing the same recipe for several years, and it's one of the brews that my friends most often ask for.

Storing yeast
It’s best to keep it refrigerated before use. It produces a higher quality beer than the regular brewing yeast.

Great yeast.
Excellent yeast, especially when used to ferment at around 65° F.

Is this a good yeast for Stout? or what do you guys recommend. Thanks.
This is a very "spicy" yeast. For a stout we typically recommend something like S-04
