Best one so far.
I bought this Bavarian Weissbier hoping it would have the flavors of a traditional Hefeweizen and it was spot on! Very rich banana and clove essences followed by a smooth mild wheat flavor make me want to brew this again for sure. The light, crisp, full flavor makes it especially nice on a hot day. Only conditioned for 2 weeks yet still very impressed.

Great beer; directions need revision
Beer tasted great! There were a few issues in terms of the instructions - e.g., it was unclear how much sugar to add, and whether we were supposed to use both of the brewmax booster packs. Overall, we're enjoying the beer, but it did come out foamier and boozier than was probably intended, so I'd mark that up to the ambiguity in the directions.
Side note - it's nearly impossible to safely open these extract tins with the yeast package vacuum sealed in the top. If there's a way to pack this looser, that would be deeply appreciated.

Comparable to world-class wiessbier
I drank this in a side-by-side, blind, taste test Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier, Beer Advocate's #18 Top Beer on Planet Earth. Honestly it was easy to tell them apart just at a glance, defeating the blind part. But both were really good and comparable in flavor.

This is a great beer for anyone , who knows how authentic German Weizen is supposed to taste. For those who don't know, you will be impressed with this beer.

Fantastic brew
This is an amazing brew, it is close to a blue moon, a slice of orange makes it phenomenal, brewed it with 2 boosters and it came out amazing
