    Excellent!

Just finished the first one and I'm impressed really impressed! If I could buy this at a store I probably wouldn't gotten involved in brewing gluten free beer in the first place (glad I did though it's fun). If you're allergic to gluten you've probably drank and been disappointed by Redbridge. Be advised though this beer uses sorghum like Redbridge it tastes nothing like it. I'd say this is a dark beer slightly darker than an amber ale it's delicious! This is very easy to brew the chart for carbonation using sugar is spot on. Instructions for brewing are simple and too the point. The only thing I'd add is to make sure you drop the temp of the wort to the recommended temperature for pitching yeast before pouring it into the fermenter.Customer service is good. Ashley who put this kit together is friendly and very helpful. She has a ton of GF brewing experience. All in all besides not buying this kit the only thing that will disappoint you more would be running out of this delicious gluten free beer!
