    Spicy orange take on a pale ale

    Sampled after 7 weeks in the bottle ending with 3 days in the fridge Chantilly Lace is a delight. The combination of orange peel and crushed coriander seed gives a definite citrus zest to this refreshing pale ale. One note of caution is that toward the end of the bottling it was hard to prevent bits of seed and peel from getting into bottles.
