    hopefully helpful tip

    This was a fun beer to brew and I am excited to try it soon. full disclosure- I have bottled my beer but still waiting to try it. The only advise I would give is when I was brewing the instructions seemed unclear on what to do with the Hallertau pellet hops sack after creating the unfermented beer. A google search revealed numerous individuals would not put the sack into the fermenter. I was confused on exactly what to do so I called Mr.Beer Customer service and they recommended for this recipe they place the sack into the fermenter in order to gain more flavor. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and nice. I am excited to try the beer soon! Hope this helps someone else.

    Get this and brew it

    This was awesome. The house has smelled great since I've brewed it. Let it ferment then bottled and finally got to try it. Absolutely great and will only get better over time. Definitely be ordering this again.

    Love cinnamon rolls

    This is the best stout that I have brewed. I was really happy with the flavor. Tasted like a cinnamon roll which is pleasing to the pallet. Did take a little bit of work but it is well worth it! Thumbs up bottoms up and keep on brewing!!!

    Interesting trub...time will tell.

    Brewed a batch up and have it bottled...waiting for aging and carbonation to finish before sampling the final product but an early taste was great! Tasted like a fresh cinnamon roll! When bottling though noticed a few slimy strands of cinnamon that got through. Hopefully it will settle out in the bottles. I'll wait for the final taste after resting to determine if I'll make this again or not. I'm wondering if using cinnamon sticks in a hop sck might work better in future batches.
