Spring is the perfect time to fall into a strong and sweet Maibock (MY-bock). Maibocks are pale colored beers that are perfect for warming up those cool nights. We’ve added honey to this variation of a Bavarian springtime tradition for a crisp finish. Maibock translated literally means "Beer of May," but we think it is refreshing anytime!

Great but long time to brew.

This beer is very potent! Great taste and goes down well. The downside is that it takes 6 months to brew. Not a fan of the timing but I’d do it again for sure.

    Very Smooth

Fermented 21 days; carbonated 2 weeks; after 5 months it tasted a little acidic; 6 months still7 months okay but after 8 months it is fantastic.... If you have the ability to let this wait the result will be a high alcohol deliciously smooth honey based bock! I will brew again but store in glass bottles to see if I can smooth it out a little quicker....

This beer is good it's definitely a sipping beer as it's pretty strong. It's also very sweet as a FYI.
