Ol' Ben was a great dude, discovering and inventing along the way as well as conceiving an entire free nation. He is surely worthy of a great classic American Ale, such as this. Balanced in both body and flavor, and easy drinking, just what you need while spending all day cooped up in a hot hall with a bunch of founding fathers. As Ben would say, "God helps them that help themselves." So help yourself to another of these great American beers!

    Best so far.

I general I haven't been please with the new recipes with one can of extract and the brew max soft packs. The old recipes were much better. Downtown Amber is pretty good the best so far of the new styles. Hoppy enough but too much. Overall flavor is good nice color.

    Ben Franklin would approve

Light enough to go well with football and wings but with enough sophistication for plenty of other uses. Very enjoyable
