    Complex and Tasty

This recipe makes a tasty beer. If you want to fully appreciate it don't drink it straight out of the fridge. Let it warm up a bit and the sweetness and nuttiness will shine.

A fun experience- waiting is the hardest part

This is my 4th beer I have brewed with Mr. Beer products. I really enjoyed making this stout. I like the roasting of the oats and pecans the ingredients that went in to this process... it was just fun to me. I bottled them last week and I'm looking forward to cracking one open. I taste tested a little beforehand and I think I'm really going to enjoy it. I'll repost after tasting
