Hadn’t brewed with Mr. Beer for a few years and wanted to get back into it. I chose this one for my first in a while. It turned out great just had two today after cutting the grass. This beer is easy to drink and quite enjoyable. After two weeks conditioning is was ready to go.

This was the first Mr. Beer product I made. I’m still relatively new to the hobby but after trying four or five different extracts this is still one of my favorites. It’s refreshing on a hot day. I had some friends meet at my house before a summer concert and was curious to give them a taste and see if they liked it. Some did and some didn’t I think the ones who liked it were the ones who regularly drink craft beer and are more used to craft beer and the ones who didn’t like it have stuck with the same brand of beer since they turned 21. I had a couple of people comment on how my beer had the right amount of carbonation (one carbo drop per bottle). I like it and think it’s definitely worth a try.

This was the first beer I brewed when I received a kit for my birthday. I really was not expecting too much but was so happy with the results I am now a devotee of Mr. beers products. This ale is full bodied with a nice head and good mouth feel. I ha another batch in the lbk right now. Its a winner.
