I was very surprised to find how much I like this beer! I'm more of a Modelo fan than Corona or Dos Equis but in trying this beer I will have to say that it is quite a delightful brew.As you can see there is so very little sediment in the first pour of this home brew. A little more in the last one of course. Such an amber color. All of my beer photos are first pour.In my personal home brews I like drinking it from the bottle & never had any surprises right down to the last little bit. I do save that for the compost usually.I made this with only one bag of Booster Max even though the instructions are for two bags. I like this but will try it differently later as I find the blend & ratio that I like the most. That's part of the fun in brewing your own beer. You can adjust things to your liking not your neighbor's. Even with out a slice of lime this is a great beer.I am a huge fan of recipe cooking & brewing but I really just want to ferment bottle & drink. The refills let me do this. They all are quality products & have gotten better over the years. This can is no exception. Easy & clear instructions. Ferment bottle condition enjoy. I myself like the short conditions of around a week. Maybe that's because that's how I learned to brew years ago? But I haven't been let down by any Mr. Beer refill or recipe as yet this way & can always condition longer if I don't like them.Bottom line. I got this beer in my kit when I received the Mr. Beer kit as a gift. This was my first home brew. I have heard that it is more difficult to brew a light beer such as this one for your first time but I tackled it anyway. I felt that the instructional video was incredibly helpful and the directions were very clear. I followed the directions for fermenting and bottling and after about a month of waiting my beer was finally done! I had my first taste with my family and everyone loved it and was impressed!!! I brought a bottle to my friends house and his girlfriend who is an avid beer drinker really enjoyed it! My friend however is not a beer drinker and he loved it so much that he asked me for his own bottle next time! Everyone who has tried this beer has loved it and it went pretty fast! It has a nice smooth taste and is not very bitter. I would say that my first brew was a great success and I would recommend this beer for anyone who enjoys beer. The beer has a taste that I would say is similar to a Corona Lite.All in all it was a fun project that tasted amazing.
