    Substituted Blackberries in this recipe.

When I couldn't find any cans of raspberries as the recipe called for I substituted with blackberries. (Every place I checked were totally out) Very pleased with the results; it has a mild sour flavor with a smooth malt finish. It does have the fruit aroma and a purplish hue. One of my favorites so far... Am naming this one Bodacious Blackberry.
