    So good so easy

First beer I've ever made. I live in a small town so unless I want mega brews or IPAs there's no variety so I decided to make my own. What a fantastic sour this made. It tastes just like strawberry belt sour candy with a very light fresh biscuit background. Odd combo to be sure but if you like sours at all you need to try this. Super easy too. I can't wait make it again using different flavored candy to see what happens.

    Easy to follow recipe

All in all a great beer I may have not gotten my ph right for the sour that I like. The over all taste is nice but subtle. Easy directions and easily followed.

    One of our favorites

I've made this beer twice now the first time with strawberry sour belt candies and it was great. The second time with cherry sour belt candies and also great. I'm going to try it with green apple sour candies to see how that turn out but I have high hopes for it. Everyone I've shared it with really loves the beer.
