Your Brew Breakdown

Everything you need to craft your perfect brew

STORY

Overview: Tipo Italiano Pilsner is a crisp, dry-hopped pilsner brewed as a true lager with Coopers Light Dry Malt, Pilsen Malt, Carapils Malt, Munich Malt, Mt. Hood hops, Saaz hops, and W-34/70 yeast. It delivers golden color, balanced bitterness, floral hop aroma, and a clean refreshing finish.

PROFILE

Tasting Notes: Expect a golden pilsner with crisp malt character, balanced bitterness, floral and herbal hop aroma, and a clean lager finish. The dry hop adds extra hop aroma without turning the beer heavy or harsh.

IMPORTANT BREWING NOTE

Fermentation Note: This is a true lager recipe and should be fermented cold for the cleanest flavor.

As good if not better than Peroni!

This is one of my favorite beers yet! However beware that if you have a glass heating element with your stove it might be worthwhile to by your own single burner to make the malt ($29.00 on Amazon) If you are married it would make your wife happy!
