    OG/FG

Really good.. let it ferment 3 weeks. The booster didn’t do much but offer more sweetness. OG 1.054 FG 1.022

    Mr Beer is so satisfying.

My favorite beer is Sam Adams Boston Lager. Mr. Beer American Lager is as close to it as you can get. Love brewing my own beer.

    American Lager Malt Extract Review

I have not had a chanced to brew this recipe yet. I just brewed the prior one (Bewitched Amber Ale). I have every hope that that batch and the one using this recipe will be as good as they have in the past. I assume that the American Lager Malt Extract is to be used in the Tart Cherry batch. It has performed well in the past.
