    Fantastic

    Just opened a 2 years old bottle of BBP. (That's right 2 years)WOW FANTASTIC!!! Best Porter I have ever had much less made myself.If you are into Porters and/or Stouts Gotta make this one let it age and then let it age some more. It is worth it trust me.Black Beard got something right.

    very tasty!

    First time with a mash and it went well. Just followed the times and temps and (minus one lme pack) i finished the wort with no problems. Two months later and I must say this is one tasty beer and I'd put the abv at least at 6. Totally recommend.

    My favorite so far!

    One of the best I've had so far. I accidentally added hallertau hops to it as well but it came out really good. I drank most of it before the conditioning was done :)

    Confusing Instructions

    Just brewed this recipe for the first time and ran into a minor snag. Instructions state Add only 2 oz. of each packet of grains (half of each packet) to one of the Muslin Sacks. The 4 oz grain bags only have 3 oz of grain in each one. So; do you add only 2 oz or half of each packet (1.5 oz)?I added half of each packet. Probably made wrong choice and ruined a 4 month brew. Will let you know how it turns out.
