    Cascade Hops

Cascade Hops poured easily into the brewing sock and seemed to be a good combination in the wort. Great flavor after refrigeration!

    Instant Credibility Hopwise

This is my go-to for dry hopping (e.g. use half a packet in two gallons of American Light refill or a full packet in 5-gallon Draft refill; I use self-fill tea bags for the hops in lieu of hop sacks) and the result puts a hoppy aroma on top of the (for me) clear golden basic brew (i.e. you can dry hop darker richer brews but not something I usually go for). A refreshing step toward an IPA without some of the strength or heavier flavors an IPA can bring (which are great depending on mood). One of my best 'customers' (ok friend -- I don't sell the beer) who is a bit of a hophead but likes all kinds of beer and most of my homebrews said the Cascade dry-hopped Draft was the best I ever made.
