    Cent hops

These are pretty good, prefer cascade or citra, but have no bones when it comes to using cent.

    Tangerously Hoppy IPA

The beer has been fermented and is now bottle conditioning in mini kegs. I have not tasted the final product yet but if it tastes anything like it smells or like the prebottled unconditioned brew it going to be great!!! This is going to be the longest 2-3 weeks of my life!!!
