Easy Peasy To Cook The Wort

Just brewed up my first batch. It’s sitting in the fermenter now. What I can say at this point is that it was easy peasy to brew up the wort no fuss no mess. Once I get to taste it ( in about three weeks) I will amend my initial review.

    Good not great

Today was the first day I could try it after 2 weeks fermenting and 2 weeks carbonating. Pretty easy process and directions are pretty easy to follow. My only complaint is I was expecting much sweeter. The only thing I can taste is the cinnamon and not much else. I even added extra vanilla. I’ll try again after a couple weeks and hopefully it’s more what I’m looking for. Overall pretty easy process and the cinnamon definitely shines through and hopefully in a couple weeks the vanilla does too.
