Your Brew Breakdown

Everything you need to craft your perfect brew

Floral, earthy, and slightly fruity, Cluster is one of the oldest hop varieties grown in the US. This dual-purpose hop can be used in many beer styles, but it is most often used in stouts, porters, barleywines, and historical beers.

A common commercial example of this hop in use is by North Coast Brewing in their beer, Old Rasputin.

    Cluster hop

Another one of my favorite hops to use. It's just a great hop in my opinion

    Summer Shandy lumps

Bottled it this morn. So much residue that I have to strain it. The spigot got so clogged I had to reach in remove it and dump through front hole. I think a muslin bag lets to much out when making. However the beer was a beautiful color!

    Well Done

Easy to use and well sourced. Can’t wait to use again as we go down the homebrew route.
