Due to popular demand our master brewers have developed a beer concentrate in the style of the famous COOPERS ORIGINAL PALE ALE which is considered an Australian icon. The finest 2-row barley, hops and specially selected yeast combine to produce a beer with fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness and compelling flavour perfect for every occasion.

This is a single can, so we recommended this to be mixed with 1 kg of Brew Enhancer 2 . Alternatively you may try using 500g of Coopers Light Dry Malt and 250 g of Dextrose/Sugar

    Really good ale. I'm telling you!

    This is a really good ale. I really enjoyed that and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. Strong too!

    Just started fermentation process.

    First time using brew enhancer it was hard as a rock but ended up being a fairly easy break up and stir. I always purchase 'deluxe' refills for the extra body the LME adds so I also purchased extra (one per two gallons) of LME for this batch it mixed in very well with cold water. The wort smelled fantastic will bottle in 10-14 days.

    Good Pale Ale

    A make (2) 2.5 gallons batches by adding a pound of dry malt to each batch and half of the Cooper can. I sometimes add an ounce of hops as well.
