    Great beer

If you put on effort and wait it comes out great. Overall great beer a little darker then the picture and definitely happy with a sash if bitters. However it's is not over powering. Great beer did 14 days in fermenter and bottled for two weeks and 2 days came out great. Kept Temps at 69 degrees. Also used really good filtered water that is what makes or breaks the beer

    And that’s why we brew

Ok I haven’t brewed this one yet but I was so excited about this recipe when I saw it because a podcast I listen to was covering the Copper Queen Hotel that week.
