A beer as layered and mysterious as the lady that inspired it. Julia Lowell was a Courtesan that worked on Brewery Gulch in Bisbee, Arizona in the late 1800's. She often took her lucky clients to room 315 in the Copper Queen hotel. Julia, unfortunately fell madly in love with a married John and when he refused to leave his wife to be with Julia, her heart broke in two and she sadly took her own life in the now infamous, room 315. Guests that stay in the room, to this day, report hearing a female voice whispering softly in their ear. Male guests even report seeing her dance as wisps of white smoke at the foot of their bed. She's even known to tickle a foot or two. We think Julia deserved a beer recipe that captured her beauty, complexity and story, so we created this copper common just for you, Julia.
