    Loved by family have to make more

    Love making (and drinking) Dads Cream Ale so much my family wants me to keep it on hand all the time! So I’m making five gallons at a time while trying to keep brewing other and new styles at the same time. This ale is a smooth flavor and finish which is what makes it popular in my house. Add a little extra honey and it makes a nice balance.

    Fantastic Beer

    I brewed several beer recipes and enjoyed each one. But this recipe is my favorite. This beer is smooth great tasting and compliments meals and snacks.
