    Great tasting beer!

Forget about the deer fighting the winner is me and whoever else gets to drink this beer! I brewed this beer end of October to give it plenty of time for conditioning in time for Christmas. The beer had a good head good flavor but could have used a bit more hops which I will be adding when I brew this again; definitely for Christmas. I could certainly enjoy this throughout the year as this IPA is not just for Christmas!
