    Excellent Lighter Beer

I don’t normally brew a lot of lighter beers but this one was excellent out on the boat on a hot day. Very refreshing and a great taste highly recommended. Only change I made was added two booster packs to up the ABV. Conditioned in the bottles for about 2 months before drinking

    Excellent beer

Used as a base for Jalapeno Lime Beer. Not my taste but my wife loved it!! That is what I was going for.

    One of my favorites

I'm not much of a beer drinker but I love to brew. This is one of my favorites so far and will be doing it again. It's smooth and not very bitter which is one of the things I don't like about beer.

    We'll see what happens

Memo to self: read the instructions all the way through before buying. This one calls for a colder-than-normal fermentation temperature which I can rarely achieve in south Texas. I didn't spot that until I was ready to fill the fermenter so now I'll see how critical it is ...
