    Nice House Beer

    Just sampled this probably too early and was delighted. This is a great light beer. It's very balanced and finishes crisp. Quite refreshing. I've named it Feierabend...a german word for the end of the work day.

    What I was hoping for

    This is the clean and mildly hoppy flavor I've been hoping for. Some of the recipes have been too malty for my taste.

    Decent brew

    I purchased this recipe again because I like it. Word for thought if you purchase each item separately it will be cheaper than the kit. The directions state 2 weeks for fermentation but I'd allow 3 before even thinking about bottling. Overall this is a great beer and even better if you add 1 packet of booster and 3/8 cup raw unprocessed honey to boil. Boil honey for 15 minutes before adding LME so the honey wont be over bearing.

    Great Summer Beer!

    Made this recipe up for summer. Nice flavor with the the extra Brewmax added to the recipe. Nice lighter beer to drink outside and watch the fireworks for the holiday. Easy to make and very easy to drink!
