    One hell of a stout.

Great flavor and nice head retention. Take it easy on this one. Mine came in at 7.6 ABV I added 16 ounces of honey. I'm very pleased with this recipe.

    Honey Bear Stout

This recipe made me feel like a real brewer. So many ingredients and steps over multiple days. I’m looking forward to drinking it six weeks from today October 4 2920.

    Nice flavor...not heavy.

For a stout it goes down smooth isn't heavy nice after taste. I would gladly pay for this at the bar. For a stout home brew it is very good.

    Not your ordinary Stout!

I just bottled it and it seemed fairly sweet although I saw it ferment and it tastes alcoholic. I will try it again when it is carbonated after a few weeks. The hops also add a fruity flavor not in most stouts.

A Honey Bear of a brew!

An outstanding stout! Very satisfying flavor without being overwhelming. I’d for certain brew it again.
