Too dark to be a blonde

Idk if I did something wrong or if it is just intended to be dark. It also has way too much malty flavor. Not my best creation. My brothers in law liked it but I did not.

    Great head

I think it tastes great but be careful when pouring. If you pour it too fast in a cold glass you'll have either wait a while to drink it or drink through the head.

    Wonderful finish to the Brew

M y first Belgian. I could not be happier and I am only 5 weeks since bottling. Crisp with a nice head. Finish was smooth and I am without words. Yes it takes a bit more time as a partial but instructions when followed

    Fantastic Beer

Wow! I highly recommend Leggy Blond beer for anyone who likes clean crisp flavors in beer. This takes awhile to brew 21/21/30 days but it's well worth the wait. It was a little scary fermenting because it seemed overly rich and even during bottleing the beer didn't appear to totally blended. I guess the long conditioning phase fixed that because what came out of the bottles was a beautiful clear semi dark beer with a smooth rich taste. This batch won't last until I can make another one! :(

    Leggi blonde ale

Not done yet. Right now it is slightly better than average. Still aging!
