    Chocolate mint stout

This has a lot of fermentation. After pitching the yeast rose all the way to the top. Tasted great when bottled. Gonna let it sit for a couple months.

    Fun beer to make

Definitely different type of beer. I put in a little more mint extract than the recipe called for (a little over a half tsp) and the mint flavor turned out just right for us I had it in the fermenter for 14 days and let it age in the bottle for a little over 3 weeks. Nice head retention. First stout I've made and I'll make more after this experience.

    Fantastic!

Finished brewing a batch a couple weeks ago and opened the first bottle last night. Wow! I love this recipe and will definitely be brewing it again!

    Very flavorful

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this beer. Dessert stout sums it up. It’s not something I would drink with a meal or a lot at a time but it’s chocolate and minty flavor is perfect for post meal conversation. Definitely tastes similar to the cookie
