STORY

Overview: Nearly Nirvana Pale Ale is a hoppy, malt-balanced American pale ale inspired by classic West Coast craft beer character. It uses Golden Ale extract, BrewMax LME, Booster, Cascade hops, and US-05 yeast to create a bright, crisp, and flavorful pale ale with extra hop presence.

    Spot on!

This kit turned out exactly as described both in appearance and taste and the result is fantastic probably my favorite Mr Beer recipe thus far. It's a deliciously juicy pale ale but balanced and supremely drinkable. I would expect to pay premium at a pub for a glass of this quality ale.

Quite Good - proud of my first batch

My first brew turned out well - I used sugar for carbonation and probably could have used a heavier hand.
