    Amber - New to me

I am very new to the brewing game. Having said that I do follow directions to the T and as written. The process in producing this batch is a step up from the basic brew your own kit available here. In following the directions I did not know if I were to leave the hops in nor for how long. When I read the 5 gallon directions as opposed to the 2 gallon I was brewing it became clear to me although by that point my batch was already in the LBK without the hops. Currently I'm waiting for carbonation to occur after bottling in my 12 oz sanitized glass bottles. After 2 weeks carbonation is week at best so we're going to leave it for another couple. I'll get back to you when that occurs.
