    Light golden bundle of joy

Good flavor easy ingredients the only downside is no recipe directions for any of the kits i have purchased. You have go back onto the Websites gor your recipe instructions. If you order more than one beer kit your left scrathing your head wondering what ingredients go with what beer kit.

    Still my favorite pilsner

This is the 4th brewing for me. I keep coming back to it because it's a great Summer brew.

    Not done yet.

Beer isn't ready yet. Fermented in the cask for 3 weeks then bottled for secondary two weeks ago. Going to age it another week then refridgerate for and week and try one. It smells wonderful and much less sediment than all previous attempts. I'll update later with a report on the finished product.

    Great when conditioned correctly

Regular 3 weeks fermenting then 2 months carb/condition. Came out excellent. A bit darker in color than the picture but very clean and easy to drink
