Everything you need to craft your perfect brew

STORY

Overview: Pennsylvania Traditional Lager is a balanced amber lager-style beer inspired by classic regional American lagers. Brewed with American Lager Brewing Extract, Pale LME, Flaked Yellow Corn, Carapils Malt, Cascade hops, Cluster hops, and Safale S-04 yeast, it delivers smooth malt flavor, light corn sweetness, mild hop character, and a crisp 4.5% finish.

PROFILE

Tasting Notes: Expect a smooth, balanced beer with light amber color, clean malt flavor, subtle corn sweetness, mild hop bitterness, and a crisp finish. It is easy-drinking, familiar, and built for fans of traditional American lager-style beers.

IMPORTANT BREWING NOTE

Yeast Note: The dry brewing yeast under the lid of the American Lager Brewing Extract is not used for this recipe. Use the included Safale S-04 Dry Ale Yeast instead.

Hop Note: Cascade and Cluster hops are boiled for 10 minutes and left in the fermenter during fermentation to help build balanced bitterness and classic American hop character.
