    Good all around yeast for ales. Make sure the temperature is above 64F.

    Fresh Cultures

    Having fresh yeast is very important. You aren't going to be successful with out it. This came with my recipe kit & may be something that I look for to be in other kits or recipes.I have used other packets but this one got right to work with barely any lapse time. By the time I was ready to do the dry hop part of the recipe my batch smelled like beer & not the usual yeast smell.

    Good Pale Ale and IPA yeast

    I've done 3 brews with this yeast a pale ale an IPA and a hazy IPA. I've enjoyed all three of those brews and think this is a solid option.
